The Records Bureau processes requests for reports during the business hours of 8:30 a.m. – 4:15 p.m., Monday – Friday (except holidays).  If you call in advance we can provide the status of your report before you come in to pick it up.  Please have the case number, time/location of the incident and/or names of involved parties available when requesting report status.  Requests for multiple reports may require additional time to process. Please call in advance to make these requests.  If you are unable to reach someone and need to leave a message please include your name, case number (if possible) and a phone number for us to get in contact with you.
